The full day Pre-K class is filled with a variety of fun-filled activities designed to foster a love of learning. The students will adapt to school routines and gain independence. During the course of this year your child will learn to follow directions, maintain appropriate behavior, build confidence and develop a longer attention span. Fine motor, gross motor, listening, and speaking will improve. We will be incorporating math, science, and social studies in order to heighten your child’s exploration and curiosity by making them more aware of the world around them. Our program also incorporates Catholic values daily through books, prayer, celebration, discussion of holidays and during school mass. Our full day program has high expectations, but we encourage all of the children to do their best and not to stress. We encourage parent/teacher partnership in order to foster communication, cooperation and commitment in order to help make this a great year for you and your child.
